As a national key project in Nepal, this project is a welfare project to solve the problem of long time water shortage of Kathmandu Valley and to improve the health situation of the residents in this area, and the project can provide support on eductaion and income of families in the area of Melamchi valley .
As project management unit, EPTISA developed a detailed project planning, not only providing professional and technical service for the Melamchi channel project headwork, water diversion tunnel construction, but also actively assisting the owners to carry out the design review, bidding and contract management etc. It effectively ensured the quality of the project construction process and the standardization of financial management, and ensured that the project strictly can comply with environmental requirements and relevant laws and regulations in the construction process.
