      In the exhibition, JSTI displayed its independently developed rubber asphalt technology, the Nova-surfacing preventative maintenance technology, the construction quality intellectual control system and the pavement supervision & management system. Mr. Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa, Malaysia Secretary General, Mr. Haji Fadillah Haji Yusof, Minister of the Ministry of Engineering and Ms. Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Engineering, etc. visited JSTI's standard showed great interests in relevant green and environment-friendly technologies as well as the pavement maintenance technology because Malaysia itself is a large country of rubber production. They listened to the introduction and demonstration of Vice Director Li Hao in respect of relevant technologies as developed surrounding JSTI's highway engineering. At meanwhile, Vice Director Li Hao also expressed his aspirations of further promoting the application of new technologies and enhancing relevant support and cooperation together.

      JSTI and REGENT HOLDINGS SDN.BHD. concluded agreements in terms of highway, technology, material and construction, etc. in 2016. Datuk Ms. Lu Meizhen, General Manager of REGENT HOLDINGS SDN.BH, Chairman Ms. Gong Yuping and Executive Chairman Mr. Nazrin Kamarulzaman also participated in this exhibition.

      Located at the southernmost point of Eurasian plate, Malaysia is the only place and the important node of Maritime Silk Road in the 21stcentury. This exchange has witnessed JSTI's new practice of implementing China's strategy of “One Belt One Road” and further promoted JSTI's business expansion on overseas market. 

      The rubber asphalt technology: the combination of rubber asphalt and typical gap gradation can achieve the mixture with superior comprehensive performance, stability, durability and safety, etc. Its performance is superior to SBS polymer modified asphalt, which can enable the highway to feature higher benefit-cost ratio and longer service life. 

The Nova-surfacing preventative maintenance technology: can be used to treat the pavement with inferior anti-slide performance, the water penetration pavement with micro-fracture, the aged pavement and the pavement with tracks. This technology highlights high abrasion performance, high water proofness, high stability and high adhesion while it can reduce noise and reflection cracks. Besides, with rapid construction speed, it also features favorable stress absorption and dispersing performance.

      The construction quality intelligent control system: can collect data in construction in a timely and overall manner, and feed back the construction information timely to the operators and management staff at the construction spot so as to instruct and adjust any mistakes at real time. In this sense, it can make up for defects of traditional construction quality management measures. Besides, it can better control the construction quality of asphalt pavement in combination with the traditional asphalt pavement control methods.

The pavement health supervision and management system: an informationized system that can store and handle pavement assets, technical status, traffic and relevant data; and also a tool for pavement maintenance analysis and decision-making on maintenance.
