JSTI Group finished the strategic alliance of two overseas subsidiaries in 2016, which provides reference for the overseas merger of Chinese engineering consulting enterprises. During the interview, the chairman Fu Guanhua said that through years of overseas market exploration, we found that the reason why it was extremely difficult for the consulting industry to establish their brand was not purely a technical issue. We also needed to get familiar with local laws and customs as well as national brand. The “Made in China” national brand is well known around the world but the brand of consulting industry and cultural creativity industry has not yet been recognized by the whole world. We believe that, uniting with overseas mature brand companies in virtue of capital could better accelerate the internationalization of Chinese consulting enterprises and promote enterprise development. In the future, JSTI will continue with international investment and seek for proper objects in the regions along “the Belt and Road”, Asia and EU.
Chairman Fu also pointed out that after we finished the merger, we would still be a transnational enterprise. But there is still a long way to go before we become a real international company.The conflict of transnational culture, system integration, system docking, etc. all brought great challenges to enterprise. JSTI plans to become a real international company by 2026 through the painstaking efforts of nearly one decade. After completion of the docking of a management system, cultural integration and construction of an international talent team. English will then become one of our working languages.
