The scope of the tasks is:
1、Conducting an expert (analytical) review of applications from the Health Care Facilities selected by the Ministry of Health with an on-site visit.
2、Providing technical advice/assistance to the Ministry of Health in the selection of design service providers and construction work contractors under the Project for each of the Health Care Facilities selected by the Ministry of Health.
3、Technical supervision of construction for each of the HCFs selected by the Ministry of Health.
The quantity of Health Care Facilities for each task is different and can be amended during project implementation. For now, we are working on 11 projects in different parts of Ukraine on task 1. On task 2 we are assisting MoH with preparing tender documents for procurement of construction works of a Hospital in Irpin, Kyiv Oblast to complete the unfinished works and renovation of a small outpatient clinic in Novyi Bykiv, Chernihiv Oblast. Pictures of both projects are attached. More pictures you can find following the links at the bottom. With the 3rd task, we didn’t start yet. It’s going to start after task 2 is completed and the contractor will be awarded for the hospital in Irpin city. After that, we will provide supervision of construction for Irpin, Kyiv Oblast. The Client of the project is the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the duration is until 31 December 2024.
