      Recently, the comparison and selection between the scheme of Bridge and that of Tunnel has been reviewed by the experts and approved. This is a part of the Feasibility Study of Yangtze River-crossing Tunnel Project of Nanjing West Jianning Road jointly undertaken by JSTI Group and CCCC Second Highway Consultant Co. Ltd (CCSHCC). Representatives from Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission, Jiangsu Communications Department, Water Resources Department, Jiangsu MSA and relevant departments of the city present on the review which was jointly organized by Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Communications and Transportation and Nanjing Public Project Construction Center. The Review Group consisted of some academicians, including Qian Qihu and Miao Changwen, and some experts in the industry such as Li Shoushan, Xiao Mingqing and Zhang Xigang who are masters of design. Other participants in the review include Qian Bin, the Vice President of the Transport Planning Institute (TPI), Huang Jun, the director of Tunnel Section at the Institute under JSTI Group, the deputy director Zhao Guang and other related personnel.
