JSTI ∣ JSTI's Another Victory of the World Bank Project --- EPTISA Won the Biding in India's National Hydrological Engineering TAMC Project

      Lately Eptisa, a subsidiary of JSTI Group, has won the biding in India's National Hydrological Engineering Technical Assistance and Management Consulting (TAMC) Project. The project, funded by the World Bank, costs 400,000,000 euro; and the bid price of the engineering management consulting alone is about 17,000,000 euro. Eptisa has won over many global-leading engineering consulting companies like CH2MHill, Mott McDonald and Black & Veatch.

      The project will need to coordinate nearly ten central-government bureaucracies and provide technical services, including developing hydrological network, data management, water resource information system, upgrading water resource operation, planning processes, and building water supply capacities of India's alliance territory. With the rich technical experience and localized management, Eptisa will provide all executing agencies with all services like program planning, purchasing, technical development, training, capacity building and supports for overall coordination. Meanwhile Eptisa would offer project report for the World Bank and always keep an eye on the project progress.

      To be more specific, Eptisa would provide project implementation supports for all executing agencies as below:

1) Technical consulting: identifying and deploying hydrological and meteorological equipment, IT hardware and software, SCADA data collection as well as monitoring and controlling irrigation system, water resource overall management, hydrological simulation, reservoir management, interaction and evaluation of surface and ground water

2) Project management: including purchasing support and financial management support

3) Drawing regulations for interior and external reporting management and financial report system

4) Developing net-based data entry software to be used as a management information system for monitoring and evaluating project implementation, financial supervising and progress report.
