The Spanish Exporters and Investors Club celebrates twenty years supporting the Spanish foreign sector

Chairman and founder of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club, Mr. Balbino Prieto, stressed that this business organization has been a "key player" in the development of the Spanish foreign sector for the last twenty years. Ever since its inception in 1997, the Club has become a "meeting place" for Spanish companies with international activity, in a "reference interlocutor" before the Public Administration and in a "true think tank of internationalization", stated Mr. Balbino Prieto.
Commissioner Mr. Miguel Arias Cañete gave a conference entitled "The European Union and globalization: opportunities and challenges". In his view, the EU project must face five challenges: the energy transition to combat climate change, the migratory and refugee crisis, the threat of international terrorism, UK's withdrawal from the European Union and the increasing social rejection towards globalization.
The audience with His Majesty is an endorsement of the activity that the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club carries out to promote the internationalization of the Spanish companies. On behalf of all the members of the Club, Chairman Mr. Balbino Prieto thanked His Majesty King Felipe VI for the opportunity to present their projects, as well as for the permanent support that the Spanish Crown offers to Spanish companies in its international activity on June 1, 2017.
